Scenario

I am eager to know about the other super cool features of ClickLearn Attain.

Sure, let us now talk about another useful and innovative feature. This the Structure Editor which you can use to give a presentable and organized look to your learning portal.

What is a Structure

A structure is a well-defined arrangement for your recordings and assets that makes your learning portal presentable to the learners. In ClickLearn Studio, you can structure your learning portal in the structure editor, using headings, any number of sections and sub-sections, line dividers, text fragments, and external links.

You can preview your learning portal at the click of a button, in an external, re-sizable window to quickly test desktop/mobile output.

Using Structure to Give Shape to your Learning Portal

Unlimited levels (sections-in-sections), simple color-styling with multiple colors in the same learning portal, search-and-find or browse folders to easily add your recordings and assets.

When you add these components, the content in your learning portal is well organized. This makes it easy for the learner to find the required information by navigating to the relevant section or heading instead of reading through the entire project content.

Also, you can add any additional information, resources or tips and tricks in a note. There is also an option to add hyperlinks if you want to point the learner to some content on the Web. Creating a structure also helps you avoid any duplicate recordings in the learning portal.

While adding the components to create a structure, you can define its basic properties in the right panel. For example, you can give a title and select an icon, color, and language for a section. You can also define structure properties from the context menu of any component.

What’s more? You can use the structure to logically segregate large number of business processes for the end users. By creating segments in your learning portal structure, you can target select audience for a given piece of content. Segments help you make specific parts of content available to separate groups of end users.

This is how a published learning portal would look like.
